This Infrastructure Management Position supports city infrastructure preservation and management across various developments.
Salary: $25.92 - $27.55 annually
Responsibilities: Conducts inspections of roads, utilities, drainage, and stormwater structures, ensuring compliance with standards. Manages permits, reviews rights-of-way, investigates stormwater concerns, and maintains related databases. Participates in educational outreach and supports MS4 program implementation.
Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent with 0-3 years' experience, valid driver’s license, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and required certifications (e.g., Erosion Prevention). Certifications must be obtained within specified timeframes.
Preferred Skills: Experience in stormwater inspection, civil site construction, engineering measurements, and reading drawings.
