Infrastructure Project Manager IV / Delivery Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager IV / Delivery Manager to support a large-scale technology modernization initiative focused on application, infrastructure, and AI enablement programs. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of strategic modernization efforts while ensuring alignment with architectural, operational, and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of project management expertise, technical acumen, stakeholder management, and modernization program leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology modernization initiatives.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, product managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and managed service providers.
• Facilitate due diligence, discovery, solution design, and planning workshops.
• Review and approve project documentation, solution artifacts, and implementation plans.
• Drive alignment across application modernization, infrastructure transformation, cloud migration, platform consolidation, and technology decommissioning efforts.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop business cases, project plans, status reports, and executive-level presentations.
• Ensure consistent governance, reporting, and delivery standards across multiple workstreams.
• Escalate critical issues and opportunities to leadership in a timely manner.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Support Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies as appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7 10 years of project or program management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, governance, and risk management.
• Experience leading large-scale modernization programs involving:
  • Application Rationalization
  • Cloud Migration
  • Infrastructure Modernization
  • Platform Consolidation
  • Legacy System Decommissioning
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and technology leaders.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, consulting partners, and MSPs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
