Injection Molding Process Technician
We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to optimize and maintain production on our molding presses. This hands-on role focuses on process adjustments to ensure quality output and efficiency.
- Pay: $25 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Flexible – 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift available
- Set process parameters including temperature, pressure, timing, and cooling systems
- Troubleshoot and adjust machines to maintain part quality and cycle times
- Work closely with die setters and operators to support production goals
- Direct hire position – plastics manufacturing experience strongly preferred
