Inside Heavy Duty Truck and Trailer SVC Tech

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Inside Heavy Duty Truck and Trailer Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty trucks and trailers in our service department.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in heavy-duty truck and trailer repair.
- Proven experience as a service technician in the heavy-duty truck industry.
- Strong knowledge of truck and trailer systems, engines, and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.

**Responsibilities:**
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
- Perform scheduled maintenance services on trucks and trailers.
- Inspect vehicle systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Test drive vehicles to ensure proper performance.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and maintenance.
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations.
- Stay current with advancements in heavy-duty truck technology.

**Work Environment:**
This position will primarily be based indoors in a service bay setting. The role may also involve occasional interaction with customers and other team members. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift heavy equipment when necessary.
