Inside Sales Associate Summary

This company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join their team. Inside Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Assist in managing client inquiries, providing product information, and generating quotes.
  • Process and track sales orders with high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Support outside sales teams with lead generation, account follow-up, and project coordination.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Inside Sales Associate Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related fields; construction industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to connect with clients.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and a passion for driving results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (HubSpot is a plus).
