Responsibilities include conducting inspections, serving as on-site project owner representative, maintaining daily reports, managing contract finances, ensuring compliance with plans and standards, performing material testing, coordinating utility relocations, and liaising with contractors, design firms, and the public.
Requirements include a degree in construction management or engineering (or equivalent experience), 2-5 years of relevant experience, INDOT certification exams, and ability to travel up to 100 miles daily.
Preferred skills include Site Manager Certification, INDOT certifications, and experience with INDOT projects.
