Insurance Sales Representative:
Perfect for candidates starting in sales or insurance. Join a high-performing agency, represent a trusted national brand, and enjoy a compensation plan that includes base salary, uncapped commissions, and bonuses. Licensing is required, and we provide full study support. Strong performers can advance into leadership or agency ownership.
Protg Agency Producer / Agent Aspirant:
A 712 month mentorship program designed for individuals who want to eventually own their own agency. Work directly under a top 10% Farmers agent, gain handson experience in sales and operations, and prepare to launch your own agency with confidence.
Insurance Agent / Agency Sales Manager:
Ideal for seasoned professionals with experience in business ownership, sales leadership, or operations. Build and lead your own Farmers agency with full autonomy and strong district support.
District 46 currently has several agency opportunities around the Greater San Antonio Area including New Braunfels, Fair Oaks Ranch, Boerne, Seguin, Universal City, Helotes, San Marcos, Fredericksburg, Gonzalez, La Vernia, Castroville, and Victoria.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through calls, networking, and warm leads.
- Present insurance solutions and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Network with real estate agents, lenders, auto dealers, and community partners.
- Maintain product knowledge and manage a client database.
- Drive revenue through proactive outreach and followup.
Requirements
- Coachable, motivated selfstarters.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goaldriven individuals with solid work ethic.
- Sales, customer service, or management experience (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to obtain insurance licenses we provide all study materials and support.
