Intellectual Property Associate Attorney

Salary: $170,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive guidance on copyright, trademark, and domain name matters for diverse client portfolios.
- Handle all aspects of intellectual property clearance and application prosecution effectively.
- Strategically develop and implement IP policing campaigns to safeguard client interests.
- Represent clients assertively and thoughtfully in IP litigation including disputes relating to trademarks, copyrights, and domain names.
- Ensure robust collaboration with multidisciplinary attorney teams to craft and deliver customized, practical solutions.
- Maintain active involvement in leadership roles within the professional community and contribute to pro-bono service initiatives.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school with a proven academic record.
- Admission to the Bar in at least one state where the firm operates.
- 1–3 years of in-depth experience in intellectual property law.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues relating to copyright and trademark, including litigation.
- Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills complemented by a client-centric approach to legal service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bar Admission in multiple states is advantageous.
- Prior roles in high-stakes IP litigation environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Proven track record in successfully managing large and diverse caseloads with minimal supervision.
- An innovative thinker with strategic problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
