Redstone Commodity Search is partnering with a leading commodities financial institution seeking to expand its team. They are looking for experienced Senior Interest Rate Brokers to join their team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Broker interest rate products, including swaps, options, and futures, ensuring competitive execution for clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, proactively growing the client base and enhancing market share.
• Analyse market trends and interest rate movements, providing clients with insights to identify trading opportunities.
• Execute trades efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, risk, and compliance, to optimize client service and execution.
• Report directly to the Head of Desk.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in brokering.
• Must have a transferable book of clients.
• Proven track record of consistently generating profits above 1 million USD per year.
• Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and key players, with the ability to leverage this information for business growth.
• Role is to be based in Dubai.
