Under the direction of the Director of Operations, responsibilities include maintaining records in Sage X3 ERP, conducting cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, tracking raw materials and finished goods, and collaborating with purchasing and production teams to forecast needs.
The role involves resolving inventory variances, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, preparing reports, and improving inventory procedures.
Requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Sage X3, a high school diploma (associate's/bachelor's preferred), 3+ years managerial experience in inventory or warehouse operations within food manufacturing, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
