Be part of High Performing Team that Manages and leads a team of technical Crew and Contractors who design, develop, test, implement, and monitor software and tools. Works with business leaders to define scope and requirements and plans and executes the development of various systems. Acts as liaison with business sponsors and principals. The Manager of IT Delivery supports Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), whose main purpose is to drive high quality financial, strategic, and purchasing decisions aligned to Vanguard's mission by serving as trusted financial advisors and business partners to Vanguard's leaders. In addition, an important part of this role is the support for the Financial Services Teams (FSTs) - FP&A delivers critical outputs to serve the businesses we support including operational and capital planning, financial reporting, decision support, and performance management. Structure: FP&A is made up of individual Financial Services Teams that support our domestic business units, international regions, Corporate Shared Services, and the larger Enterprise. This High Performing team delivered the Finance Transformation of moving our on-premises Planning and Budgeting applications to Oracle Cloud. This team not only focuses on Production Support and backlog of tickets, but they are keeping up with the latest Monthly patches and learning about any new releases to deliver a robust tool. This team is currently. The IT Delivery Manager will lead the operation of crew and contractor that support Monthly Oracle Maintenance Patch, Enhancements, Backlog of Tickets. Day to day interaction with the Fintech Durable Product Team. There are crew members on this team that are part of the DeLorean Program for Corporate Finance which Distribute client's assets and NCF to the lines of business with accuracy, through modern technology architecture that supports enterprise gold source data. This hybrid role (in office Tues-Wed-Thurs) is based in Malvern, PA (HQ) We are seeking a candidate with the background experience as follows: •Leadership •Project Management •Finance Systems •Oracle Cloud - EPBCS, EDMCS, and PCMCS (preferred) •Production Support •Agile Methodology •Jira/Confluence •AWS

Responsibilities:

Lead Oracle EPM Team:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle EPBCS, EDMCS, and PCMCS Enhancement, BAU and Production Support for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions, particularly around financial planning, budgeting, profitability analysis, and data management.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance.

Project Management:

  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets for multiple client projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and on-budget while meeting high standards of quality.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders and senior leadership to keep them informed of progress.
  • Active participant in annual SOC recertification
  • Follow Oracle Ticket inception through to resolution and follow up for improvement if necessary.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage a cross-functional team of Oracle EPM consultants and developers, guiding them in the successful execution of client projects.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical and functional skills in Oracle EPM/ERP solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up to date with the latest Oracle EPM product enhancements and best practices.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within project delivery teams.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation to help improve internal methodologies and standards.
  • Accountable for team dashboard metrics and an understanding of how these metrics are identified as well as able to report and resolve discrepancies.
  • Agile/Scrum advocate

Qualifications:

Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least five years of Leadership/project management experience.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
