The IT Support Engineer position is a dispatch-based, on-need role in Indianapolis, IN, primarily supporting IT infrastructure issues.
Work involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and OS problems on-site with at least 24 hours’ notice.
It’s a part-time, long-term contract during weekdays, paid hourly on a 1099 basis.
The engineer needs their own laptop for remote support and should be able to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
Requirements include experience with hardware/software troubleshooting, ServiceNow, desktop support, basic LAN/WAN knowledge, and Windows OS administration.
This role allows managing it alongside other projects if desired, with support provided during business hours and on-call as needed.
