We are seeking an IT Manager to lead the Network Operations team, overseeing daily operations, team management, and network infrastructure across global data centers and branch locations.
Responsibilities include providing leadership, managing network hardware (Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto, F5, Infoblox), supporting WAN connectivity, resolving break/fix issues, and leading network projects for cloud and enterprise infrastructure.
Qualifications: 6+ years of experience, strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, protocols, and network security, plus experience in Agile environments. Leadership skills, excellent communication, and ability to work 4 pm - 1 am CST are required.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree, experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and network management tools (Jira, ServiceNow).
