We're looking for an experienced IT Manager & Systems Administrator to own our technology infrastructure from the ground up. You'll lead hardware and software operations, drive compliance efforts, and build systems that keep our business running and scaling. This is a hands-on role with direct supervisory responsibility and real impact on day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

•Own and maintain all systems infrastructure — servers, networking, hardware, and business-critical software (ERP, Ecommerce, CAD)

•Lead IT operations including monitoring, alerting, backups, disaster recovery, and capacity planning

•Research and implement new technologies to support company growth

•Manage and improve security posture through ongoing compliance activities

•Perform regular performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization

•Manage IT assets and documentation within ISO guidelines

•Contribute to budgetary planning and make infrastructure investment recommendations

•Supervise IT staff — including hiring, training, performance reviews, and day-to-day direction

What We're Looking For

•Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience)

•5+ years of hands-on systems administration and IT management experience

•Proven ability to manage infrastructure end-to-end: hardware, OS, networking, and cloud/on-prem systems

•Experience overseeing security and compliance programs, especially involving a third party provider

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

•Effective communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

•Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead through change

Bonus Points

Hands-on experience with CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) compliance programs

Familiarity with NIST 800-171 controls, gap assessments, and remediation planning

Experience with SPRS scoring, SSP/POA&M documentation, or C3PAO assessment preparation

Physical Requirements

This role operates across both office and manufacturing/warehouse environments. Requirements include:

•Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

•Standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs for up to 8 hours/day

•Ability to traverse manufacturing and warehouse areas, including tight or low spaces

•Potential exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and/or chemicals
