This role is focused on documenting and standardizing internal IT processes to enhance operational clarity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in creating process flows and diagrams, using tools like Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint, while having a foundational understanding of IT operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Process Documentation:
  • Collaborate with IT leadership and team members to document existing IT operational processes.
  • Develop clear and accurate process flows, workflows, and diagrams using
• Process Mapping and Analysis:
  • Understand, capture, and document current-state IT processes.
  • Identify potential gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies in existing workflows.
  • May assist in defining and visualizing future-state processes to support process optimization.
• Tools and Data Utilization:
  • Utilize appropriate tools to create visually engaging and easy-to-understand process visuals and documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation is organized, accessible, and aligned with IT department standards.
• Collaboration and Learning:
  • Work closely with IT staff to gather information and validate process flows.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and ask probing questions to ensure processes are accurately and comprehensively documented.
