Seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist to provide on-site and remote support across multiple Austin-area sites in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This role involves troubleshooting workstations, login/MFA issues, printers, and connectivity, as well as device imaging, deployment, user provisioning, and managing tickets with clear communication. The ideal candidate operates independently, maintains professionalism with non-technical users, and has experience in MSP or multi-client support, preferably in healthcare or dental settings.
Benefits include high-visibility support, structured MSP environment, exposure to healthcare organizations, mileage reimbursement, and a mix of support and light project work. Compensation is up to $65,000 based on experience. Candidates must have reliable transportation, pass an MVR check, and be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
