This is an in-office IT Support Specialist role requiring financial services IT support experience.
- Provide technical support across multiple bank locations, including hardware/software installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Respond promptly to help desk requests via phone and email; troubleshoot remotely and in person.
- Manage IT inventory, Active Directory, Windows Server environments, and third-party software.
- Support AVAYA phone systems, bank core applications, and audio/video systems.
- Travel to various locations as needed; document incidents and troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies; stay updated on IT trends.
- Must have strong communication, organization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred qualifications include 2+ years in financial IT, Fiserv experience, certifications, and knowledge of Microsoft 365 and federal regulations.
