Seeking an IT Support Specialist SR for onsite, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm role supporting field infrastructure and projects.
Assist with technology deployments, hardware moves, asset tracking, and routine troubleshooting for associates.
Manage tickets, document solutions, and ensure smooth asset management and technology transitions.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors, support inventory audits, and maintain accurate asset records.
Provide excellent service to associates, communicate effectively, and support vendor coordination.
