Position Overview
The IT System/Sharepoint Administrator is responsible for maintaining company users, assets,
resources, Sharepoint, Azure Cloud and Exchange systems. Working within the IT group updating
and maintaining current Standard Operating Procedures, Security Guidelines in compliance with
company standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities
IT System Administration
• Answer, Accept and Handle all HelpDesk and Desktop support requests
for Sharepoint site items and Intranet .
• Define Intranet standards and site layouts
• Maintain Updated Standard Operating Procedures for all tasks
• Manage access for all Elite Home Healthcare accounts for all users across the
family of organizations associated with Elite Home Healthcare
• Manage the Sharepoint implementation with user access, security
provisioning and general Sharepoint site creation/administration
Process Improvement
• Identify workflow improvements.
• Maintain updated procedure documents.
• Help to Automate manual administrative duties where
possible with PowerBI, PowerApp, sharepoint or Javascript/
Python
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline
• 5–7 years of experience in Desktop support & System Administration.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft family of products including Sharepoint,
powerBI, Azure cloud.
• Proficiency with Desktop/Laptop provisioning and trouble shooting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in multi-entity environments.
