This role involves performing maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and new installations on plant equipment with minimal supervision.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Support manufacturing operations through teamwork, ensuring equipment uptime and safety.
- Complete wiring projects, build and label panels, and update drawings per standards.
- Participate in preventive and predictive maintenance, recommend improvements, and assist with new installations.
- Maintain tools and diagnostic instruments, develop PLC troubleshooting skills, and follow safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and perform incidental work as needed.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, electrical journeyman’s card or equivalent experience, and passing an electrician aptitude test.
