This position is a bilingual (English and Spanish) Juan Diego Program Assistant supporting client reception, program scheduling, data entry, and payment processing at a community service center.

  • Manage reception, answer calls, and provide resource information to clients and visitors.
  • Assist with scheduling immigration consultations, microbusiness classes, and data reporting.
  • Process client payments and support program documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings and events, and collaborate with program staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and uphold organizational values aligned with Catholic Social Teachings.

  • Qualifications include 2-3 years of office/customer service experience, high school diploma, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication skills in both languages.
