Kitchen- Assistant Manager

This role supports the department manager in planning, organizing, and leading kitchen operations to ensure high-quality, appealing merchandise that maximizes sales and profits while delivering excellent customer service.

• Requires 3-5 years of professional cooking experience, Servsafe certification, and basic computer skills.
  
• Responsibilities include team leadership, training, inventory management, merchandising, ordering, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
  
• Promotes a positive work environment, effective communication, and fair treatment of associates.
  
• Manages product rotation, storage, and display, monitors quality and safety, and handles customer inquiries and complaints.
  
• Assists with scheduling, expense control, and maintaining departmental standards within budget.
  
• Physical demands involve handling heavy loads, working in varied temperatures, and maintaining safety protocols.
  

• Salary range: $19.40 - $25.20/hour. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and high standards in a dynamic food service environment.
