This role involves assisting customers with home interior design projects, including cabinets, countertops, flooring, and appliances/hardware.
Essential functions include providing excellent customer service, offering design advice, creating layouts using design software (e.g., 20/20), processing orders, and coordinating deliveries and installations.
The candidate must communicate effectively, follow safety protocols, and maintain product knowledge and industry trends.
Responsibilities also include taking measurements on-site, resolving customer concerns, and supporting in-store duties.
Work environment is primarily inside the store with some travel to job sites.
Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
This full-time position requires 1-3 years of design experience, proficiency in design software, and a related college degree preferred.
