We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including food purchasing, preparation, presentation, and safety compliance.
- Supervise food production, ensure adherence to recipes and procedures
- Enforce cleanliness, safety, and employment policies
- Manage food costs, waste, and labor expenses
- Lead, coach, and evaluate Back of House staff, including hiring and training
- Maintain inventory, conduct safety checks, and ensure proper food handling
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Create a positive, safe, and clean work environment
