POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Position; We are now expanding our successful formula and seeking only the very best, full time  kitchen designers to be part of our professional design and sales team based in one of our 15 showrooms. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced, focused and target driven designers to build a long term career, earn a substantial salary and deliver the highest quality, Irish made kitchens and bedrooms in the market today. Candidates with previous experience of interior design, sales, carpentry or construction will also be considered.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and sell fitted kitchens and wardrobes
• Up-sell our full suite of products and services
• Identify and develop new and ongoing business opportunities
• Develop and work a referral system with past clients, business associates and industry
• Achieve/exceed challenging sales targets in line with the business strategy
• Communicate effectively with our manufacturing facility,  contractors and approved supplier

NUMBER OF YEARS PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

The candidates should have the following abilities and experience:

• Proven track record
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A flair for design and a passion for excellence
• Ability to work and utilise design software
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Solid commercial acumen

Salary: We offer an excellent basic salary with the ability to earn substantial commissions. Experienced candidates bringing proven strategies with tried and tested practices will flourish in our environment.
