Seeking a Lab Support professional for onsite roles in Cambridge, MA, or Durham, NC, on W2 or C2C contract basis.
Requires experience in a lab environment, handling pharmaceutical equipment, and strong Windows desktop support (L2+) troubleshooting Windows 7/10.
Must understand GxP/GMP processes and have knowledge of IT infrastructure such as Antivirus, Active Directory, and Asset Management.
Bonus skills include support for Lace Box, Empower Systems, medical instrument connections (e.g., Plate Reader, Spectrometers), and past vendor experience with Perkin Elmers.
