We are seeking a Lab Technician II to perform laboratory tasks such as specimen accessioning, slide preparation, lab maintenance, and solution preparation, with opportunities to gain experience and advance.
Responsibilities include accessioning specimens, preparing slides, filing, lab organization, recycling chemicals, tissue embedding, H&E slide prep, equipment cleaning, inventory management, and compliance adherence.
Essential skills include knowledge of Biology and Chemistry, lab experience, understanding of medical procedures, and safety compliance.
Qualifications include an Associates or Bachelors Degree in Sciences, 6 months of healthcare lab experience, and strong attention to detail.
Work is onsite in a Pathology Lab in Pleasant Prairie, WI, with hours Monday to Friday, potential weekend rotation, and opportunities for certification and career growth.
