Pay From: $57 per hour
MUST:
5+years of experience in a laboratory
3+ years of experience in a Supervisory/Management role
Must have a minimum of 5 years of MT/MLT experience
Bachelors Degree Required
MT/MLT eligible (certification is a plus, but not required)
Laboratory operations experience and overseeing and managing staff
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Processing payroll
Strong written and verbal communication skills
DUTIES:
The Duties of the Lab Supervisor include but are not limited to the following:
Supervise the day to day operations of the Lab/ Courier department
Provide support with the preparation of lab specimens for analysis and testing
Mentor train and supervise support staff in the lab
Resolve production errors and escalate issues as needed
Handle quality assurance checks to ensure efficiency
Prepare and maintain Quality Assurance documents
Coach staff
Process payroll and update and maintain personnel files
Provide administrative support
