We are seeking a Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development Project Manager team in a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead land development projects from concept to completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources
- Serve as primary client contact
- Coordinate with civil, surveying, planning, and environmental teams
- Prepare proposals and project documentation
- Mentor junior staff and support QA/QC
- Support business development efforts
Qualifications:
- PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- 5-10+ years of land development/civil engineering experience
- Experience managing projects and client relationships
- Strong site design skills (grading, drainage, utilities)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
