Responsibilities include preparing equipment, guiding team members, ensuring safety and quality, maintaining sites, and communicating with supervisors.
Requirements include 1-2 years of landscape installation experience, crew leadership, equipment operation skills, a valid driver's license, and physical ability to work outdoors.
