Schedule:

You enjoy a guaranteed 40-hour workweek with year-round employment. While occasional on-call duties may arise, our commitment to work-life balance ensures that you have ample time to recharge and pursue your passions outside of work.

Day-to-Day:

As a Landscaper - Landscape Specialist, your role is vital to our success in creating breathtaking landscapes for our clients! From mowing and edging to installing irrigation systems and building retaining walls, you're at the forefront of transforming outdoor spaces. Qualifications:

• Experience in landscaping, excavation, and/or lawn maintenance
• Experience in a labor role
• Ability to work well as a team and follow directions while being safety-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to occasionally be on-call
• Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs.
• A strong work ethic with the ability to take constructive criticism and correction
• Highly self-motivated, dependable, hardworking, and professional
• Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation

Knowledge of installing plants, trees, edging, pavers, and retaining walls is preferred but not required!
