The role involves leading application support teams, mentoring staff, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining documentation and training. Additional duties include supporting system testing, change management, disaster recovery, and mobile platform support.
Qualifications require a bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience, including 5 years supporting enterprise applications, with strong knowledge of application architectures, databases, and vendor management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
