This full-time, non-exempt Lead CNC Machine Operator position on 2nd shift offers $27-$35/hour plus a $1/hour shift differential.
Responsibilities include leading a team of CNC operators, troubleshooting, setting up jobs, interpreting technical drawings, operating and maintaining machines, and ensuring quality standards.
Qualifications include 3-5 years of CNC machining experience, high school diploma or GED, and leadership skills. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
