- Ensure sanitation standards, understand menus, and coordinate with team members.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills, knowledge of health standards, and experience in fine dining or catering.
- High school diploma required; college preferred, with 1-5 years of relevant experience.
- Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and push 100 lbs.
- Effective communication and sound judgment skills.
