Seeking a Lead Fabricator / CNC Vertical Mill Programmer for a full-time, permanent role in New Castle, DE.
Ideal candidates are experienced CNC professionals who enjoy hands-on machining, programming, mentoring, and owning department performance from setup to final quality.
Key duties include programming, setting up, and operating CNC Vertical Mills (Haas, Fadal), troubleshooting G-code, creating programs with Mastercam, leading daily CNC operations, training staff, and working with steel and aluminum parts.
Qualifications include proven CNC machining experience, proficiency in Mastercam, leadership background, and strong problem-solving skills. Overtime may be required.
