The ideal candidate will program, set up, and operate CNC Vertical Mills (Haas VF-10, VF-4, VF-3, Fadal), troubleshoot G-code/M-code, and create CNC programs with Mastercam. Responsibilities include leading daily CNC operations, mentoring operators, performing machine setup and maintenance, and ensuring high-quality production of steel and aluminum parts. The role requires proven CNC programming experience, leadership skills, and the ability to read engineering drawings.
