The Lead Host role involves greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and attending to inquiries via phone, email, and in person. The ideal candidate has a guest-first attitude, excellent communication skills, and is solutions-oriented. Responsibilities include providing a warm welcome, maintaining reservation accuracy, assisting staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction, including VIPs. The role also requires supervising staff, coordinating with management and departments, and acting as a brand ambassador.
Requirements include at least 1 year of reservation management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Candidates must be 21+, reliable, energetic, and able to stand for entire shifts.
