Seeking a Lead Planning Engineer with 6+ years of experience in designing and implementing DWDM networks.
Proficient in fiber characterization, network planning, and developing strategies for circuit identification, overbuilds, and grooming.
Responsibilities include initiating projects, analyzing network systems, resolving interoperability issues, configuring systems, supporting hardware/software acquisition, and providing technical leadership.
This full-time, remote role requires strong project management, analytical skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
