This role is responsible for supporting bid and proposal efforts by working with the centralized pricing team to develop compliant and accurate cost/price volumes in accordance with RFPs, FAR, and CAS.
- Review RFPs and SOWs to identify cost and pricing concerns
- Assist in creating WBS structures supporting internal and external requirements
- Collaborate with estimators to develop and review cost estimates and BOEs
- Support negotiation processes and respond to audit inquiries
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with business systems
- Support internal and external audits and handle ad hoc requests
- Experience with FAR, DFARS, and defense contracting processes is preferred
- Requires a Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience, and familiarity with defense industry regulations
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential, with security clearance preferred
