Lead Program Specialist, Energy Efficiency

We are seeking an experienced Lead Program Specialist to lead large-scale residential decarbonization programs in Southern California, focusing on equity, community partnerships, and post-launch execution.

• Own program delivery, ensuring targets, quality, and compliance are met; monitor metrics and proactively address risks.
• Provide operational leadership, streamline workflows, and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and regulatory adherence.
• Serve as the primary client contact, build stakeholder relationships, and handle escalations.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear roles and accountability.
• 
  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years in program management; 2+ years managing budgets. Preferred: knowledge of California decarbonization policies, experience with large funded programs, and community engagement skills.
  
  Skills: Leadership, performance management, stakeholder relations, budget oversight, and effective communication.
  
  This role requires up to 10% travel within Southern California.
