Overview:
The role involves overseeing the quantity surveying team on offshore and onshore oil, gas, and petrochemical projects throughout all phases. Responsibilities include utilizing rhicoms software, preparing tenders and price schedules for major contracts, developing rate schedules and bills of quantities for bid evaluation, and managing cost estimates and forecasts.
Post-contract duties include detailed measurement of IFC/AFC drawings, agreement with fabrication contractors, and determining star rates. The candidate will verify variation requests and claims, and develop change management policies and procedures.
Additional requirements include up to 10% domestic and international travel. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
