Requirements

  • A positive, can-do attitude

  • IICRC certified

  • At least 1 year of experience in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and/or fire/smoke remediation

  • Ability to be able to supervise up to 3 people

  • Valid driver’s license without a major violation (OMVI, Reckless, etc.)

  • Be drug free and committed to staying drug free

  • Can communicate with crews, customers, and management verbally and/or in writing

  • A high school diploma, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience

  • Eager to learn and acquire new skills

Core Job Duties

  • Provide legendary customer service

  • Team Leader of a crew of up to 3 persons 

  • Work individually or as part of a team

  • Responsible for crew’s quality performance

  • Responsible for crew’s productivity performance

  • Responsible for assigned vehicle and equipment

  • Trains & develops crew members insure proper safety and work techniques are being used 

  • Communicates professionally with clients, employees, the general public, and management 

  • Demonstrate dependability and efficient work practices

  • Responsible for heavy documentation of jobs to ensure accurate billing

Bonus Points

  • IICRC Certifications such as WRT, AMRT, ASD, and/or FSRT

  • Experience with trauma/crime scene clean-up

  • Experience with crawlspace encapsulation

  • Knowledge and experience with Encircle and/or iRestore job management systems
