We are a global environmental consulting firm seeking a Lead Water Resources Design Engineer in Gainesville, FL.
As a senior engineer, you will lead and mentor a team, design and analyze water-resources projects, and manage tasks focused on natural systems restoration, stormwater treatment, and dredging.
You will conduct field and office work, use CAD, GIS, and other software, prepare technical documents, and develop business opportunities.
Qualifications include a B.S. in engineering, 7-10 years of experience, FL PE license or eligibility, strong communication skills, and project management experience. Preferred skills include knowledge of Florida hydrology, water models, and client relationships.
This role involves collaboration, project leadership, client interaction, and adherence to safety standards. Travel within Florida is expected.
