The Learning and Development Specialist will develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and behaviors across the organization.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, they will manage the full lifecycle of learning activities, including planning, creating materials, delivering sessions (primarily remote), and maintaining records.
Key responsibilities include designing engaging training, managing multiple programs, assessing training needs, and supporting long-term L&D strategies.
Candidates should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled in stakeholder communication, with experience in LMS systems, curriculum design, and adult learning principles.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of L&D experience, and strong facilitation skills.
Role is remote, based in EST, with some travel and flexible hours.
