The Learning and Development Specialist, reporting to the Director, is responsible for designing, facilitating, and improving organizational learning initiatives.
- Develops scalable internal processes and training content to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
- Partners with leaders and SMEs to identify needs, build structured learning solutions, and support continuous growth.
- Facilitates annual training and leadership programs, delivering engaging sessions and coaching internal facilitators.
- Supports career pathing and individual development plans, promoting internal mobility and talent retention.
- Minimum qualifications include strong communication, facilitation skills, and experience in curriculum design, with a bachelor’s degree and four years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Articulate is required.
