Key Responsibilities:
- Assign and track employee training within the LMS
- Run and distribute regular and ad hoc training reports
- Maintain and update learning paths, curricula, and user records
- Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and functional leaders to ensure training compliance
- Provide basic user support and troubleshooting
- Prior experience as an LMS Administrator or in a similar training coordination role
- Familiarity with validated systems and working in a regulated environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
