Title: Learning Operations Project Manager II
Location: Austin, TX (Remote until offices reopen)
Duration: 9-month project with the opportunity for an extension!
Hourly Rate: $45-48/hour + Health Benefits + PTO
This position requires authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now and in the future

The Global Operations is looking for a Learning Operations Project Manager to join it's Global Operations Learning Organization (GOLO). The ideal candidate will bring cross-functional project management experience in Learning and Development. This individual will be comfortable working across multiple, complicated, and fast-paced learning projects and initiatives in a global setting. They will be a natural communicator with the capability to share project status, flag risks timely, provide mitigation plans, and share qualitative/quantitative data with all stakeholders, project teams, and cross-functional partners. This candidate should have familiarity with and/or be willing to work on both technology-related projects and learning projects.

  • Manage end-to-end learning projects (technical and non-technical) from project initiation to project close, leveraging standard project management templates/processes
  • Define clear project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, success metrics and associated timelines
  • Coordinate and communicate with the project team regularly and maintain full transparency, including calling out delays and roadblocks
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs and support business goals
  • Centralized management of all ongoing projects, which includes monitoring, prioritizing, operationalizing, and as needed pivoting projects and initiatives, in order to allocate resources appropriately to achieve specific business objectives
  • Evaluate and assess results of project post completion and capture lessons learned and share with project teams

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience in Learning and Development
  • Experience with data visualization and project management tools such Asana, MS projects, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
  • Experience with collaboration tools like G-suite, Quip, Office 365, etc.
  • Experience effectively communicating/presenting complex information to a variety of audiences and engage and influence stakeholders
  • Experience juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, growing, and changing environment with a lens on continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree
  • Experience working on a globally distributed team
  • Experience managing or delivering learning solutions within the tech industry
  • Experience in instructional design, performance support, and learning effectiveness measurement
  • Experience with policy-related training material
  • Certifications such as: PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, Lean
