The Bilingual Leasing Team Member is a full-time, non-exempt role focused on providing excellent customer service at an affordable housing community.
They will process rental applications, conduct property tours, and ensure LIHTC compliance to maintain 100% occupancy and resident retention.
Responsibilities include greeting prospects, responding to resident concerns, collaborating with staff, managing leasing documentation, and participating in marketing efforts.
Qualified candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English, with 1-2 years of leasing or property management experience, preferably in LIHTC communities.
The role requires strong communication skills, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to perform physical tasks outdoors and indoors.
