Qualifications include a high school diploma (preferred), previous restaurant experience (preferred), strong communication and interpersonal skills, physical ability to stand, lift up to 40 pounds, and reliable attendance. The role requires honesty, hygiene, multitasking, teamwork, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
