This position requires a professing Christian committed to supporting the Christian mission.
Responsibilities include cataloging library materials across all formats, editing MARC records, classifying resources, creating new records, and managing holdings in the ALC database.
Assist with reference services, library instruction, collection development, and perform troubleshooting for cataloging and technical issues.
Professional development involves skills in RDA standards, MARC formats, OCLC Connexion, MARCedit, and classification systems.
Qualifications include an MLS or equivalent from an ALA-accredited program, knowledge of cataloging procedures, computer proficiency, and good judgment.
Additional requirements include training in relevant cataloging systems and adherence to diversity and safety policies.
